To Cleanse or Not to Cleanse?

There are many popular cleanses in the health food store.  Which one do your try?  Is it worth the money?  What should I expect?

Conscious Nutrition recommendations are:

1. Try the 15 day Conscious Nutrition Challenge in the Conscious Guide 4 times per year (every season)
2. Try Food elimination eating plans before you do any fasts such as the Master Cleanse.  Eliminating liver congesting foods such as dairy, wheat, sugar, and alcohol will assist the body to initially cleanse so you will not experience headaches or digestive distress while cleansing.
3. Drink diluted coconut water on day 3-7 to hydrate the body naturally while you are cleansing.
4. Do fun 3 day Vegetable soup and protein shake cleanses.  (Contact us for further details)
5. While doing the 15 day challenge do LESS exercise to let your body catch up from all the stress we tend to put on it!
