Day Three Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet

Day 3: July 11: This is going to have to be my last entry in this series. I started juicing the lemons for my day’s supply of lemonade this morning, but when I added the first four ounces to the maple syrup in the container, I almost gagged. I just could not take the smell, and knew I would not be able to stand the taste, either. I am terribly disappointed, because I really wanted to do this, but just could not get past the taste and smell of the lemonade/syrup/cayenne mixture. I am, however, still determined to continue with my goal of healthy eating and will explore other means of doing a cleanse. I went back to the Farmer’s Market this afternoon and bought more fresh fruit and vegetables. I plan on eating much more fresh, non-processed food. I really did like the juices I made earlier in this process and will continue with them. I learned a lot about fresh food preparation and juicing so there is some good that came of the experiment. I will still recommend this cleanse to anyone who can do it, as I believe it will do a lot of good. I have a friend who swears by it and does it at least twice a year with excellent results. She even likes the taste of the lemonade.

So, it is goodbye for now and good luck with your healthy eating habits!
