Master Cleanse Recipe

Here is the recipe that I will be using for the master cleanse

7 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7 tablespoons grade B pure maple syrup
(you can substitute half or all with blackstrap molasses)
1/4 – 1/2 tsp cayenne (red) pepper (or as much as you can stand)

fill the rest of a 32 ounce container with pure water (not chlorinated)

3 recipes above is equal to one day’s worth of ‘meals’

It is best to squeeze lemons just prior to drinking, but prepare no more than one day’s lemonade ahead of time.
