Here Comes Day 3
Wow, two whole days eating nothing but MC lemonade. I was pretty hungry this morning, but I can’t say any more so than I have been at times in the past with normal eating. I still feel weaker than normal though. It is said that around the 4th day this goes away and energy shoots up. So I look forward to that. Luckily football is on tomorrow.
I am a little sick of this lemonade. But when that feeling kicks up I mentally image putting it aside and all is good. It helps, I think, that I was never really that fond of food especially the cleaning up part. I like to say I would like someone to invent a pill with all the nutrients I need so I wouldn’t have to bother eating.
But now that I think about it, I do love bacon and some other things. It is only my dislike of cleaning that prevents me from pigging out on bacon. See, I’m turning a negative into a positive!
I haven’t really felt anything from the senna tea. Others have written about cramps, bloating, etc. and called it ominous names like ‘that awful tea’. So I tried it yesterday with some trepidation. And nothing. People react differently, it seems I don’t react that much to senna tea. Finally something breaks my way.
Maybe tomorrow I will try the salt water flush instead. Mike reported that it made him horribly sick and he only did it once. So I will try a small amount of salt at first and see what happens.
Check out the body weight tracker, I am already 3-4 lbs down from my starting morning weight. I would guess this is just the missing weight from the solid food I haven’t been eating.
Aside from that all feels well. Mouth is a little sensitive, I think from all the cayenne pepper. But tolerable. So here we go into day 3!
