Ok…I get a bit deeper here. Over this stupid diet but will continue on. Weight down from 50.7 to 47.7. Thats 3kg lost (6.6lbs) Hoodia was probably easier than this.

Not much to report on today. Went from 48.4kg to 48.2kg. Hopefully I will have something exciting to tell you tomorrow!

Today I woke up at 48.8kg and was 48.4kg later in the afternoon! That’s a total loss of 5.06lbs. If you are going to try this diet I recommend reading about it first. You have to understand how it works before dedicating 10 days.

I’m now at 48.9kg! Thats almost 2kg in 3 days (4.4lbs) I haven’t felt hungry at all yet. I felt a bit sick this afternoon so had a nap and was fine.
